THOMAS BROSSET

"Embracing several techniques of artisanal production - silk-screening, engraving, intaglio, lithography - Thomas Brosset affirms his taste and interest for drawing practices that generate formal accidents: collisions, friction of drawing and words. Graphic designer and teacher, Thomas devotes himself - as much as a ritual as a creative process - to the morning illustration thrown by hand in search of the mental images that map his unconscious. Unclothed bodies, characters at the bottom of the hole, lost and misplaced, sometimes surprised by the joy and dance of life, inhabit her dreams and her large formats.
