From murals (alias Jamy) to fanzines, tattoos, t-shirts or illustrations for magazines, Samuel Eckert creates absurd and naive drawings and paintings playing with shapes as well as with words. Plastic researches or micro-narrations, these visual "enigmas" with pop surrealism, sound like a form of pure pleasure. By choosing humor, he mixes joyful irony, candid unreason, free nonsense and a delicious simplicity to better undress reality.
