MATHILDE BOURGON

Having studied Decorative Arts in Paris, Mathilde Bourgon is a young graphic designer, illustrator and paper-developer (?) based in Paris. Her playful imagination resulted in the creation of fantastic creatures that look like “totemic bugs” that she names “Transpolypius.” From an alphabet of shapes, she assembles and conceives these modular entities which can be two-dimensional and sometimes detachable or foldable, becoming small paper sculptures.

Mathilde is represented by the illustrators agency LA SLOW.
