HELOISE HENRY
Maintenance Wednesday November 6 at 9pm: the website will be unavailable for 1 to 2 hours
Painter and illustrator Héloïse Henry was born on December 30, 2000. She studied illustration for 4 years at the Auguste Renoir school in Paris.
Héloïse is passionate about dream analysis and symbolism, the unconscious and psychoanalysis, where she discovers the importance of the inner house, which becomes one of the main themes of her paintings.
Botanical books have long fascinated her, and she takes pleasure in filling her compositions with calm, gentle landscapes, delicate flowers and immense trees. Her vivid, acidic colors are worked transparently with watercolor inks, adding a childlike, dreamlike dimension to her paintings.
Influenced by the world of comics, Héloïse explores a graphic narrative all her own, organizing her images into a colorful patchwork of visual poetry. She tells the story of daily life, sublimating the little things of everyday life and transforming existential anxieties into reassuring paintings, reminding us that after the rain comes the good weather.
